How We're Organized
The Firm’s Management Committee is a three member committee representing our three major offices and consisting of a Managing Director, a litigation member and a business member. The Management Committee is charged with managing firm performance and strategic initiatives.
The Industry Groups of the Firm align groups of lawyers with primary client relationships or targeted business development prospects related to each other by the nature of the economic sector they are in and by the nature of the industry-specific legal issues they face. To assist the Management Committee with its management and strategic responsibilities, we have a number of Industry Groups, each headed by an Industry Group Leader who is charged with managing the performance and strategic initiatives of his/her group.
Each attorney is also part of at least one Practice Group which is headed by a Practice Group Leader. These groups focus on attorney development, best business practices, and areas of substantive law to ensure that quality control and service enhancement efforts are properly focused.
