At Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, we recognize that the success of our Firm depends upon our attorneys’ success as professionals and as individuals. While we recruit accomplished and well-rounded attorneys, that is just the beginning. Through effective training and mentoring programs, our goal is to help develop outstanding lawyers who will achieve their career goals, contribute to the success of the firm and seek meaningful involvement in the community.
Our training programs include both internal and external programs -- from initial orientation to subjects ranging from practice management business development, and personnel management, as well as continuing legal education seminars. All attorneys benefit from formal ongoing training programs combined with active mentoring by the senior attorneys and shareholders of the firm.
Internal Industry and Practice Group Meetings offer attorneys the opportunity to meet other attorneys within their practice, share information, identify opportunities for collaboration and business development, and to contribute to client publications or pursue speaking engagements.
