Johns Island development enables ownership of boat slips
Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd did the cutting-edge legal work and documentation needed to create dockominiums for Bohicket Marina. A dockominium is the water-based version of a condominium. Instead of owning an apartment, one owns a boat slip.
We represented a premiere yacht club in connection with the acquisition of the marina and conversion, which includes residential condominiums, commercial condominiums, a restaurant, deep-water slips for long- and short- term rentals, as well as the dockominiums.
