One Cool Blow for the Environment
Charleston mixed-use development offers green materials and design
Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd helped developer WECCO of Charleston, L.L.C., create One Cool Blow, an LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified project on Charleston’s peninsula, in an area once known as Cool Blow Village.
- We represented WECCO in the acquisition of the raw land and the construction financing.
- We prepared the sales contract and condominium documents to include the association documents.
One Cool Blow consists of three environmentally friendly buildings, 58 units including 12,000 square feet of commercial space—all with vegetated roofs, precast concrete walls and ample windows in a progressive, sustainable, green-living design.
