John Tiller Named to Benchmark Litigation List

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd shareholder, John Tiller, has been named Local Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation in the areas of product liability and securities. The Firm has been ranked as “Highly Recommended” in South Carolina.
John leads the Firm’s Insurance Defense practice group and focuses primarily on products liability, premises liability and personal injury actions, including complex matters involving numerous plaintiffs.
Benchmark Litigation is in its 11th year of publication and exclusively covers the litigation and disputes market in North America, covering the US, Canada and Mexico. According to the organization, attorneys are selected based off extensive interviews with other litigators and clients.
