The Firm serves as general counsel to many different foreign and domestic producers of advanced materials who have chosen South Carolina as a part of their U.S. manufacturing base.

• Our engagement starts usually with drafting of a memorandum of understanding with the county, state and other entities involved in the recruiting process, and assisting with the initial applications for any necessary permits for the project.  
• From that point forward, a number of legal issues will be addressed through a variety of applications, documents and agreements.  
• Finally, once the project is operational, our services will extend to ongoing employment, immigration and contractual as well as regulatory compliance matters.
