Teresa Brookshire Sillstrop directs the Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd Human Resources Department.
She is responsible for recruiting, compensation and benefits administration, as well as staff development, in our four offices.
BEFORE HAYNSWORTH SINKLER BOYD
A native of Mountain City, Tennessee, Ms. Sillstrop joined our firm with more 20 years of experience in the human resources field.
She previously served as human resources manager for a Tier-1 supplier of components to European automakers. Prior to that, she was personnel director for one of Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s predecessor firms, Haynsworth Marion McKay & Guérard.
CIVIC ACTIVITIES
Based in our Greenville office, she is active in fundraising for children’s causes.
