Electronic Discovery
Recognizing the importance of reducing costs and risks associated with electronic document production during litigation, audit, and regulatory investigation, the Firm has assembled a team of technical experts and attorneys who assist clients and their information technology staff in making strategic, effective and efficient decisions about how to manage E-Discovery within a reasonable budget. Our E-Discovery Task Force has saved clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in unnecessary E-Discovery costs.
RECENT CASES
