Our Employment attorneys’ first and foremost objective is that of risk prevention and mitigation. Generally, the goal of all business, whether a governmental entity, private company or non-profit organization, is to avoid litigation. Our attorneys will provide you with the tools to remain compliant with state and federal employment laws. We will draft and review employment policies and handbooks; provide employment training for staff and management; draft employment agreements, including non-competes and severance agreements; and provide day-to-day guidance to clients on the employment issues with which they struggle. In the unfortunate event litigation arises, we work closely with our litigators to insure seamless, efficient and cost-conscious representation.
