Toxic Tort Litigation is a core area for the Firm.  The attorneys in this practice represent defendants across the country in actions involving personal injury and property damage actions resulting from alleged exposure to toxic agents.  In addition to asbestos litigation, the Firm’s experience in defending complex toxic tort cases is wide-ranging.

Recent representation includes:

  • Acting as National Coordinating Counsel for a major international construction company in over 3,000 cases nationwide;
  • One of seven firms serving as national trial counsel for a major automotive part manufacturer; 
  • Functioning as regional counsel for multiple manufacturers in hundreds of cases in North and South Carolina;
