ABOUT OUR UNIQUE APPROACH
Too often, neutrals apply a “one-size fits all” approach to mediation and conflict management. Not us. We believe that effective dispute resolution requires many of the same methods utilized by the best healthcare providers. Applying a medical model approach to dispute resolution and conflict management allows us to understand the parties’ individual problems and objectives, diagnose and address barriers to resolution, and develop and implement a plan of treatment toward settlement.
ABOUT THE MEDIATOR
