Meet Will

Will Smith is an associate in Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Greenville office and focuses his practice on commercial litigation.

Before joining our firm, Will served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. J. Cordell Maddox Jr., South Carolina Circuit Court.

While in law school, Will was a Research Assistant to Professor Anne Eisenberg, served as an Assistant Articles Editor for The Journal of Law and Education and was involved in the Student Bar Association and Peer Mentor Program.
