HSB DEI Webinar Series: ADA Compliance and the Interactive Process

The next webinar in our DEI series is the second in a two-part mini-series where we are focusing on what employers can do to create an inclusive and equitable workplace for employees with disabilities.

On October 21, from 12-1 PM, Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd's Chris Gantt-Sorenson will be joined by Chris Sparrow from Able SC to discuss the legal requirements of the interactive process in response to accommodation requests under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and resources for types of accommodations that may be considered.
