Workplace Safety: From Cited Failures to Best Practices

Since the start of the COVID pandemic through December 31, 2020, OSHA has issued citations arising from 300 inspections for violations relating to COVID, resulting in proposed penalties totaling $3,930,381. In our webinar on February 25, Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Demetrius Pyburn will discuss common trends and themes of those cited failures, best practices to avoid violations and potential OSHA changes for 2021.
