Bachman S. Smith IV Elected Shareholder
Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. is pleased to announce Bachman S. Smith IV has been elected a shareholder in the firm’s Charleston office, effective January 1, 2014.
Bachman focuses his practice on construction defense litigation. He also handles high-risk, complex litigation for insurance companies and clients in other industries. He was named a “Rising Star” by the South Carolina Super Lawyers® magazine in the field of Construction Law.
A Charleston native, Bachman taught high-school English in the Charleston area for eight years before beginning his legal career. He is committed to the Charleston community and is currently a member of the South Carolina Society, a board member for My Sister’s House and Chair of the South Carolina Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council.
