John H. Tiller Inducted into National Mediator Academy
John H. Tiller, an attorney in the Charleston office of Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A., was recently inducted into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN). There are currently only 18 attorneys from South Carolina recognized as members.
Members of the NADN consist of neutrals defined by their hands-on experience in the area of civil and commercial conflict resolution and by their commitment to the practice of alternative dispute resolution. Membership is by invitation only, after peer nomination and review, and is limited to attorney arbitrators and mediators with proven experience in the field and those who meet stringent practice criteria.
John, a certified mediator, focuses primarily on products liability, premises liability and personal injury actions, including complex matters involving numerous plaintiffs. He has been named “South Carolina Litigator of the Year” by Benchmark Litigation and is listed in Best Lawyers for Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants and Product Liability Litigation – Defendants.
