Kathy McKinney Selected to Serve on the UNC School of Law 2019 Banking Institute Advisory Committee
Haynsworth Sinker Boyd shareholder Kathy McKinney has been selected to serve on the University of North Carolina School of Law 2019 Banking Institute Advisory Committee.
The Banking Institute is hosted by the UNC School of Law’s Center for Banking and Finance. 2019 will mark the 23rd year of the conference. In her role, Kathy will help plan the upcoming conference along with other banking law professionals.
Kathy focuses her practice on public and nonprofit finance, governmental organizations, corporate governance and economic development. She serves as immediate past chair of the South Carolina Independent Colleges and Universities Board of Trustees, on the Leadership South Carolina Advisory Committee, as a past chair of the National Associations of Bond Lawyers, on the Federal Home Loan Banks Office of Finance Board of Directors and is a founding member of the Upstate SC Alliance.
