Frank Davis Elected to Executive Committee of Upstate SC Alliance

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd shareholder Frank Davis has been elected to the Executive Committee of the Upstate SC Alliance. His two-year term begins February 25, 2020.

As an Executive Committee Member, Frank will collaborate with the Upstate SC Alliance team to position the Upstate for success in the global economy.

He also serves on the Board for South Carolina Charities, Inc. and is an active member of the South Carolina Economic Developers’ Association.

Frank has more than 25 years of experience representing both publicly and privately held companies, including family businesses, in acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic alliances, economic development transactions and general contract negotiations. He works with companies based outside of the U.S. in connection with U.S. transactions and operations and has extensive experience in legal matters related to business acquisition, location and expansion. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America© for Economic Development Law since 2011.
