HSB’s Nick Nicholson Recognized Among South Carolina's Most Influential Leaders

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. is pleased to announce the firm's Managing Director, Nick Nicholson, has been named to Integrated Media Publishing's inaugural list of the Statewide 50 Most Influential People for 2025. The recognition honors individuals whose work has made an impact in their home regions and throughout South Carolina.

In his role as Managing Director, Nick leads the firm's strategic direction and operations. His practice focuses on procurement and government contracts, construction law, governance issues and local government law. His clients include municipal and county governments, institutions of higher learning, nonprofit organizations and public and private corporations across the Carolinas.

Nick has been recognized for his legal work and community leadership throughout his career. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® for Construction Law, Government Contracts and Litigation-Construction. In 2019, Nick received the Compleat Lawyer award from the University of South Carolina School of Law Alumni Council, an honor recognizing attorneys who demonstrate outstanding civic and professional accomplishments. He is also a graduate of Leadership Greenville and Leadership South Carolina.
