Todd Jones Appointed to UNC School of Law Center for Banking and Finance Board of Advisors

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. is pleased to announce that shareholder Todd A. Jones has been appointed to the University of North Carolina School of Law Center for Banking and Finance Board of Advisors.
The UNC School of Law Center for Banking and Finance plays a key role in the financial services industry. The Center studies legal and policy issues in banking and finance, advances the teaching of banking and finance and sponsors conferences for banking industry professionals, including their annual Banking Institute.

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd was proud to be a sponsor for this year’s Banking Institute, held March 25 through 27, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Institute is one of many ways the Center supports banking lawyers nationwide and is designed to provide the highest-quality continuing legal education on cutting-edge banking law issues.

Todd represents clients in complex construction disputes, government matters and business litigation. His practice encompasses construction law, municipal law, administrative proceedings, real estate litigation and employment matters. Todd also serves as an adjunct professor of construction law at Campbell Law School and sits on the American Arbitration Association Panel of Arbitrators. He regularly speaks at regional, state and national conferences on construction law topics.
