Meet Kathleen

Kathleen Muthig is an experienced bankruptcy and creditors’ rights attorney. She represents all types of creditors in litigation, including lenders, financial institutions, banks, credit unions and landlords. In addition to her litigation practice, she has experience representing clients in consumer and commercial bankruptcy cases.

Kathleen also represents businesses seeking to obtain alcohol beverage licensing permits or licenses from the South Carolina Department of Revenue. Additionally, she has represented businesses in contested cases before the Administrative Law Court concerning alcohol beverage licensing.
