Lauren Rounsville has extensive experience representing developers, investors, lenders, small business owners and individuals with commercial real estate and corporate matters.
Lauren assists developer clients in the acquisition, development and sale of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects. She drafts and negotiates purchase and sale contracts, lease agreements, restrictive covenants, easements, development agreements, operating agreements and loan documents. Lauren also advises small business owners on corporate formation and asset purchases. She has served as a title insurance agent for several title insurance companies and has experience handling land use and title issues for probate and heirs' property matters.
Lauren holds a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Converse College and taught elementary school prior to attending law school.
