Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd Expands in Raleigh with Addition of New Attorneys and Office Relocation
The expanded team includes attorneys and staff from Anderson Jones PLLC, all bringing extensive experience in construction law and litigation, collections and creditors’ rights, corporate law, local government and municipal law, administrative law and litigation, real estate closings and litigation and employment law. Their arrival will significantly strengthen Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s capabilities in North Carolina and enhance the depth of service available to clients throughout the Southeast.

Todd A. Jones, founding partner of Anderson Jones, joins Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd as a shareholder and will serve as the office leader in Raleigh. Todd’s practice focuses on construction law and litigation, including the representation of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in contract disputes, claims and regulatory matters.
