Our international trade lawyers have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating international agreements of all types, from representing foreign companies seeking to locate in South Carolina to advising domestic corporations seeking to do business across the Pacific Rim and in Asia. The international trade group at Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd has also represented both foreign and domestic clients with issues involving U.S. Customs and Immigration.

  • Acquired Kiawah Island, SC, for a foreign investment corporation
